Moments from past YegaTech AI Summits

The invitation: why this, why now

Every CEO is fielding the same questions right now. From the board, from customers, from their own teams. What is our AI strategy. Are we moving fast enough. Are we spending on the right things.

Good answers are hard to find. AI tools get bought and never adopted. There is a lot of activity and very little to show for it. The gap is rarely the technology. It is the clarity to point the company in one direction and the discipline to deliver against it.

This is a working session for the leaders who set that direction. A morning with fellow CEOs, a few sharp outside voices, and the decisions that matter this year.

What we will get into

The morning is built around the questions CEOs are actually wrestling with.

  • How do you set a direction for AI that your board and your teams can get behind?
  • Where do you place your money, and where do you hold back so that spending turns into value?
  • What are other CEOs really doing, and what is actually working for them?
  • Where is value moving for your clients, and how do you make sure you deliver it?
  • What does it take to turn all of this into results, in the way your business runs day to day?
